The present application has been filed with a prayer to transpose the applicant herein, as applicant No. 2 in the connected MC(LA.App.) No. 1 of 2025 and in the connected un-numbered land acquisition appeal and its misc. case. It is has been submitted by Mr. H. Devendra, learned Dy. AG that due to bonafide mistake, the mistake has been occurred in descriptions of the parties in the cases and that unless the transposition of the parties are allowed a great injustice will be occurred.
