Though the application under Section 528 of the B.N.S.S., 2023 has been preferred by the applicant for quashing the entire proceedings of Case No.2251 of 2023 (State Vs. Sajid and another) arising out of Case Crime No.103 of 2023, under Section 392 I.P.C., P.S. - Fatehabad, District- Agra, but the learned counsel for the applicant has confined the relief only for a direction for recalling the non-bailable warrant dated 24.12.2024 with expedition. 3. Learned A.G.A. has no objection to the same. 4. Considering the submissions raised at the Bar and the statements so sought to be made by them, the application stands disposed of while observing that in case appropriate proceeding in the form of bail application is preferred before the court below, then the same shall be decided with most expedition strictly in accordance with the law of the land as well as keeping in view the mandate given by Hon'ble the Apex Court in Special Leave to Appeal No. 5191 of 2021 Satender Kumar Antil Vs.
