Mr. Narayan Dutt, Standing Counsel for the State of Uttarakhand. 3. Petitioner is serving as Assistant Teacher, L.T. Grade. He was transferred from Government Inter College, Majrigrant, Doiwala, District Dehradun to Government Inter College, Chowki, Kirtinagar, District Tehri Garhwal, vide order dated 26.6.2023. Feeling aggrieved by his transfer, petitioner filed this writ petition. 4. No interim order was passed in favour of the petitioner, therefore, he must have joined duties at the transferred place. 5. Learned State Counsel submits that since petitioner had served at sugam places for more than fourteen years, therefore, as per provisions of Transfer Act, he was liable to be transferred to a durgam place. Thus, he submits that there is no infirmity in the impugned transfer order. 6. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that due to some personal difficulties, petitioner is finding it very difficult to serve at Kirtinagar, therefore, he may be permitted to make 2025:UHC:9750 representation for his transfer to some other place. 7. Learned State Counsel submits that he has no objection if petitioner is permitted to make representation. 8. The writ petition is, accordingly, disposed of with liberty to petitioner to make representation regarding his transfer. If he makes such representation within two weeks from today, the Transferring Authority shall look into his request and take appropriate decision, as per law, within three months thereafter.
