Petitioner took a cash credit limit from Almora District Cooperative Bank Ltd., Branch Garur, District Bageshwar. Since there was a default in repayment of loan, therefore, Bank has issued a recovery certificate, pursuant to which, concerned Tehsildar has issued citation for recovery of ₹6,33,000/-. 5. In this writ petition, petitioner has challenged the said recovery citation. 6. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that due to personal problems, petitioner could not repay the loan in time. He assures that if given an opportunity, he will regularise the loan account and Bank be directed to consider petitioner’s representation. 7. Mr. Himanshu Joshi, Advocate appearing for the Bank submits that he has no objection of the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the Competent Authority to take decision on petitioner’s representation. 2025:UHC:10938 8. The writ petition is, accordingly, disposed of with liberty to petitioner to make representation to Secretary / General Manager of the concerned Bank for regularising his loan account. If he makes such representation within ten days from today, decision on the representation shall be taken, as per law, within four weeks from the date of receipt of such representation.
