2. Mr. N.S. Pundir, Deputy Advocate General for the State of Uttarakhand/ respondents.
3. Petitioner is running a educational institution in which courses are run for the Nursing and Midwifery. Petitioner wants to increase its intake capacity.
4. Learned senior counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the Principal, Government Medical College, Srinagar, Pauri has recommended for increase in intake capacity of the petitioner college, however, the State Government is not issuing NOC and Essentiality Certificate. Annexure- 13 to the writ petition is a representation made by petitioner to the Secretary, Medical Education. The same was made on 20.10.2025.
5. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the Secretary, Medical Education, Uttarakhand to consider petitioner’s representation and pass a speaking order, as per law, within two weeks from date of presentation of certified copy of this order.
