This petition has been filed through, E-Mode and the learned counsel for the petitioners has provided the photocopy of the hardcopy and the same is taken on record. 2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners, Sri S.P. Singh, learned A.G.A. for the State-opposite parties. 3. In view of the proposed order notice to opposite party no.4 is hereby dispensed with. 4. By means of this writ petition, the petitioners have prayed for the following reliefs:- "i. ममनननय नयमयमलय सस ननवसदन हह नक परममदसश लसख जमरन करकस यमनचकमकरमर सस० 1 व 2 कस वहवमनहक जनवन मम हसरकसप न नकयस जमनस समबनधन आदसश/ ननदरश जमरन करनस समबनधन आदसश पमररर करनस कक कक पम कक जमवस। ii. परममदसश पकक नर कम ककई आदसश ननदरश पमररर करनस कक अननकस पम यमनचर हह नक वमद वयय यम कनरपपनरर यमचनगण कस पक मम अनय ककई आदसश ननदरश ममनननय नयमयमलय समननचर समझस यमचन कस पक मम पमररर करनस कक अननकस पम कक जमवस।" 5. The petitioners are present in person. 6. Learned A.G.A. for the State-opposite parties has informed that no FIR has been lodged against the petitioners and they have not been harassed by the police personnel. 7. Learned counsel for the petitioners has stated that both the petitioners being major persons have got married on 05.05.2025 at Aarya Samaj Mandir, Shivpuri, Kamta, Chinhat, Lucknow. The marriage certificate has been enclosed as Annexure no. 1 to the writ petition and the petitioners are willing to get their marriage registered before the marriage registering authority. After the aforesaid marriage, the opposite party no. 4 is not agreeable on that marriage, therefore, he is persuading the police personnel to harass the petitioners. 8. Be that as it may, when there is no FIR against the petitioners and the petitioners being major persons have got married together and are living happily, therefore, it is needless to say that they may not be harassed by any person be it police personnel or the family members of the petitioners. 9.
