The said instructions are accompanied by office letter dated 26.07.2025 issued by the Director, School Education to the concerned Deputy Director with direction to implement the
judgment in question in letter and spirit qua the petitioners with an undertaking to be obtained from the petitioners that any overpayment, if found at any stage, shall be recovered from them accordingly.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the respondents should be directed to implement the

judgment in letter and spirit by releasing all consequential benefits within a time-bound schedule.

Learned Additional Advocate General submits that all consequential benefits shall be released to the petitioners within a period of two weeks.

Taking note of the above documents and the assurance given by the learned Additional Advocate General, this execution petition is disposed of with the hope and trust that the benefits due and admissible to the petitioners in terms of the decision shall be released in their favour by
