Das, learned counsel for the petitioner. Also heard Mr. K. K. Das, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State of Assam. 2. This application has been filed under Section 483 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, in respect of Bharalumukh P.S. Case No.93/2025. Page No.# 2/3 3. The petitioner is a Muslim by faith, she is married in the District of Sivasagar, and her mother’s house is at Guwahati. 4. On the day of Eid, i.e., on 08.06.2025, on the terrace of the house of her mother at Gauhati, a cow head was recovered. A Social Organization lodged the FIR before Police alleging that the said act had hurt the sentiment of the people belonging to another faith. 5. The allegation brought against the present petitioner is that she had arranged the finance for procuring the cow. 6. Mr. Das, learned Additional Public Prosecutor has insisted on calling for the Case Diary. 7. I have considered the submissions made by learned counsel for both the sides. 8. The petitioner has been spent 11 days in Judicial Custody. 9. This Court is of the opinion that she no longer deserves to be detained in custody. 10. The bail application of the petitioner is allowed. 11. The petitioner Syeda Sehnaz Anwar, who was arrested in connection with Bharalumukh P.S. Case No.93/2025 shall be released on bail of Rs.20,000/- with a surety of like amount to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kamrup (Metro), Guwahati. Page No.# 3/3 12.
