Perusal of the order sheet indicates that on the first date i.e. 13.04.2017, the case was directed to be connected and listed with Crl. Revision Defective No.62 of 2017, which has been decided by means of the order dated 08.04.2024 as none had appeared on behalf of the revisionist. The said revision was also filed by the present revisionist. In view of above, it appears that the revisionist is not interested in pursuing the matter.
