According to petitioner, respondent Nos. 5 and 6 are violating the building bye-laws, while constructing a Group Housing Society in the name and style of “Dream Homez Housing Society” at Rudrapur, District Udham Singh Nagar. 3. Learned State Counsel, however, submits that Real Estate Regulatory Authority (RERA) has taken cognizance of the matter vide order dated 04.11.2025. 4. Since RERA is seized of the matter, therefore no further direction is required to be issued. However, the writ petition is disposed of with liberty to petitioner to approach Secretary, District Level Development Authority (DLDA). 5. If petitioner makes representation within one week from today, the Secretary, DLDA shall look into the issue raised by petitioner, as per law, within eight weeks thereafter, after hearing all the stakeholders.
