Mr. Jai Ram Sharma, advocate, for the respondents. CMP No. 12109 of 2025 This application has been filed by the applicant/respondent No.2, Sirman Thakur with a prayer to discharge her guardian, as the applicant has attained majority. The application is duly supported by the affidavits of the applicant as also Ms. Darshana Devi, the mother and natural guardian of the applicant. A copy of matriculation examination certificate of the applicant/respondent No.2 has also been placed on record, according to which, her date of birth is 12.1.2007. Thus, the applicant/respondent No.2 having attained majority, has acquired right to pursue her legal remedies by herself and is not required to be represented by the guardian. Accordingly, the application is allowed. The guardian of applicant/ respondent No.2 is discharged and the applicant/ respondent No.2 is allowed to pursue her remedies in her own capacity. The application stands disposed of. CMP No. 12110 of 2015 This application has been filed by the applicant/respondent No.2 Sirman Thakur for release of award amount lying to her share. It is stated that the applicant is in dire need of money for her studies. However, no details have been provided about the education of the applicant.
