GP FOR HOME The Court made the following Order: Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, for the respondents. 2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the 3rd respondent is interfering with the peace of the petitioner on the pretext that the police have registered a crime against the petitioner’s husband vide Crime No.515 of 2022, under Sections 409 and 420 of IPC. It is submitted that the petitioner is not arraigned as accused. However, the husband of the petitioner 2 and three others are named as accused in the said crime. Though the petitioner is nowhere connected with the said offence, the 3rd respondent is repeatedly calling the petitioner to the police station. 3. Considering the submissions, the 3rd respondent is directed not to disturb the peace of the petitioner, without following due process of law. 4. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of.
