The petitioner claims that the accused have threatened her that the present Presiding Officer of the Judicial Magistrate Court, Valliyoor had for some time worked as the Presiding Officer of a Court at Kuzhithurai and therefore they would get favourable orders in the present case. Therefore she has come up with the above prayer. 3.This court is not inclined to entertain this petition on the ground raised by the petitioner and the apprehension of the petitioner is unwarranted.
