Petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking following reliefs :- “10.1 That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the respondents to consider and decide the application of the petitioner (Annexure P-1) for issue of grant-in-aid (sahayata Rashi) as per circular dated 10.09.2018 issued by electricity department within stipulated time, in the interest of Justice. 10.2 That, any other relief/order which may deem fit and just in the facts and circumstances of the case including award of the cost of the petition may be given.” 2. Learned counsel for petitioner submits that Cow of petitioner was died on 27.09.2022 due to electrocution, a natural disaster which comes under the Electricity Accident Compensation as per circular dated 10.09.2018 issued by the company / respondent no. 1, therefore as per provision of such circular, the Electricity department is the authority to pay for loss of his animal and the petitioner is entitled get the grant-aid (Anudan Sahayata). According to circular, accidental death entails compensation, however, petitioner has not been paid the same till date and thus prays for an early action in this regard. 3. Learned counsel for the respective respondents submits that if petitioner files relevant document, his claim will be considered according to the circular dated 10.09.2018. It will be decided expeditiously, in accordance with law. 4. I have heard learned counsel for the respective parties. 3 5. Taking into consideration facts and circumstances of the case, submission made by learned counsel for the respective parties, respondent authorities are directed to ensure that the claim of the petitioner for compensation is scrutinized in accordance with the scheme and circulars governing the field and an appropriate decision be taken within an outer limit of 60 days from today. Learned counsel appearing for respondents No. 3, 5 to 8 is directed to apprise respondent authorities about this order and submit copy of this order before them for its compliance. 6.
