Das, learned counsel for the applicant, who submits that by filing this application, the applicant/writ petitioner is seeking impleadment of Mission Director, Sarba Siksha Abhiyan, Axom as party respondent No.10 in the connected writ petition. Page No.# 3/3 Learned counsel for the applicant submits that impleadment of the said party is required for proper adjudication of the matter. Mr. J.M. Gogoi, learned counsel for the respondent Nos.8 and 9 has no objection to the prayer for impleading the Mission Director, Sarba Siksha Abhiyan, Axom as party respondent No.10 in the connected writ petition. Likewise, Ms. N. Phukan, learned Standing Counsel, Elementary Education Department and Mr. P.H. Phukan, learned counsel for the respondent No.7 also submit that they have no objection if the application is allowed. In view of the above and upon perusal of the contents of the application, the Mission Director, Sarba Siksha Abhiyan, Axom is allowed to be impleaded as party respondent No.10 in the connected writ petition.
