Page No.# 2/2 Mr. Chouhan, on instruction, submits that after institution of the present proceeding, there was reconciliation between the petitioner and the respondent and both of them are now cohabiting as husband and wife again. In view of the above position, Mr. Chouhan submits that the respondent would not claiming any maintenance as awarded by the court of Judicial Magistrate First Class, Hojai. In view of the above submission of Mr. S. Chouhan, learned counsel for the respondent, this Court is of the considered view that the matter, need not be detain any further and can be closed. In view of the reconciliation reached by and between the parties and the undertaking of the respondent that she would not claim any maintenance amount passed by the court of Judicial Magistrate First Class, Hojai in MR No. 279/2011 vide judgment and order dated 19-10-2013, the present Crl.
