1. The present CRMP No. 807/2019 has been filed by the petitioner seeking following relief:-
“It is therefore prayed that this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to allow the petition and be pleased to quash the order dated 29.10.2018 (AnnexureP-1) and kindly be pleased to set-aside the criminal proceedings pending before the Judicial Magistrate First Class Durg in Criminal Complaint Case No. 5629/2016, in the interest of justice.”
2. The present CRMP No. 802/2019 has been filed by the petitioner seeking following relief:-
“It is, therefore, prayed that this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to allow the petition and be pleased to quash the order dated 29-10-2018 (Annexure P-1) and kindly be pleased to set aside the criminal proceeding pending before the Judicial Magistrate First Class Durg in Criminal Complaint case No.5628/2016, in the interest of justice.”
3. From the CIS report of the learned trial Court concerned which has been brought on record by the Registry of this Court regarding the disposal of the aforesaid cases, it appears that the said cases have already been disposed of by the concerned trial Court.
4. In view of the above, the instance Cr.M.P. No. 807/2019 as well as
