This writ petition is disposed at its inspection stage considering the nature of relief being claimed by the three petitioners, all of whom are armed with proper building construction permission sanctioned and granted by the Municipal Committee, Handwara enabling them to construct the residential houses as per the permission granted in their respective favour, but because of some objection by the neighboring Police Premises, the petitioners are finding it difficult to carry forward their permitted construction to its logical end. 2. Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent No.7, i.e., Executive Officer Municipal Committee, Handwara to ensure that the petitioners are not restricted/restrained or prohibited by anyone in undertaking the construction activities as per the building sanction granted if continue to be valid, in favour of the petitioners, if there is no other legal disability or disentitlement in undertaking the construction activity at the site. 3.
