DEPUTY SOLICITOR GENERAL OF INDIA 2 The Court made the following: ORDER: The instant Writ Petition is filed by the Petitioner seeking indulgence of this Court under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for the following relief: “ .... to issue a writ, order or direction more particularly in the nature of writ of mandamus declaring the action of the 3rd respondent police non issuance of N.O.C,even thouh earlier cancellation of N.O.C,is set aside in W.P.No.20217/2019 dt.20.12.2019 by this Honorable High Court even in spite of representations made by the petitioner as well as the direction/order of the 4 and 5 Respondents dt.29.05.2020 all are illegal, Unlawful, Arbitrary in violation of Articles 14,19 of the Constitution of India. ....” 2. At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the Petitioner would submit that this Writ Petition may be disposed of by granting liberty to apply for fresh licence. 3. Sri V.Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, would submit that this Writ Petition may be disposed of by passing appropriate orders. 4. Considering the submission, this Writ Petition is disposed of. Petitioner is at liberty to apply for fresh licence, if so advised. No order as to costs.
