Now he has not intended to proceed with the case and hence, he has filed an application in unnumbered R.L.T.O.P.No. /2022. 4. Considering the limited relief sought for by the petitioner, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of directing the learned Principal District Munsif, Madurai to refund the Court Fee paid by the petitioner in unnumbered R.L.T.O.P.No. /2022 in accordance with the rules, within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
