Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is ready to surrender and hence he prays that he may be permitted to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to move the Trial Court. 3. The Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. 4. After the above order, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that on surrendering, the petitioner desirous to file a bail application and the trial court may be directed to consider and dispose of the same expeditiously. 5.
