JUSTICE ANAND SHARMA Order 03/07/2025 This criminal miscellaneous petition has been filed by the complainant with the allegations that although FIR has been lodged on 23.01.2025 against the accused persons, however, till this date any substantial investigation has not taken place, whereas the allegations are serious in nature which is causing serious prejudice and miscarriage of justice to the petitioner. Learned Public Prosecutor has opposed the petition. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case it would be in the interest of justice to direct the petitioner to make a representation to Assistant Commissioner of Police (East), Jaipur who shall take into consideration contents of representation, if so filed and after getting the same investigated, would direct the concerned IO to take action strictly in accordance of law within a period of 15 days from the date of filing of representation.
