Contention of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that the petitioner has terminated the services of one Shri Anupam Tripathi and sent a proposal/resolution for approval to respondent No.2 on 15.04.2025. However, no final decision has yet been taken till date. 4. Let a decision in the matter be taken by the respondent No.2 in accordance with law under relevant rules, which decision may be taken within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order. 5. The writ petition stands disposed of. 6. It is made clear that this Court has not gone into the merits of the claim as set forth by the petitioner.
