This Court, vide order dated 19.09.2024, passed in MCRC No. 5037 of 2024, while allowing the bail to the applicants, namely, Dhirendra Tiwari and Gulab had expressed its trust that the trial Court should make an earnest endeavor to conclude the trial expeditiously in accordance with law, preferably within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order, if there was no legal impediment. The learned Special Judge (NDPS Act), Ramanujganj, District- Balrampur-Ramanujganj (C.G.) vide his request letter dated 12.03.2025 has requested for grant of three months time for concluding the trial. 4. It transpires from perusal of the PUD that at present, statements of four prosecution witnesses are left to be examined. Hence the conclusion of the trial is likely to take some time therefore, he prays for grant of three months time for concluding the same. 5. The request appears to be reasonable. The concerned trial Court is directed to conclude the trial as early as possible, preferably within a further period of three months from today. 6. Accordingly, this CRMP stands disposed off with the aforesaid direction. 7.
