When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 submits that the tender notification dated 02.07.2024 is proposed to be cancelled by the respondents and they will issue a fresh tender notification. 4. Since the respondents are proposed to cancel the tender notification, which is impugned in this writ petition, there is no occasion for the petitioner to agitate this writ petition.
