The petitioner has filed the present petition seeking expeditious disposal of the suit for permanent injunction and partition bearing Regular Suit No. 338 of 2023 (Akhilesh Kumar Mishra Vs. Nanhey and others). Having considered the aforesaid request for expedition and considering the extracts of the order sheets which have been brought on record, this Court does not find that this Court should entertain the petition for expedition, leaving it open for the petitioners to move an application before the court concerned who needless to say shall consider and pass appropriate orders thereon.
