Petitioner claims to be Mutwalli of a Waqf but the petition has not been filed in the name of Waqf nor it has been filed through the petitioner. The name of the Waqf allegedly is Allahtala bearing Waqf Buniyad Husain No. 117 Sitapur. Nevertheless, the learned Standing Counsel says that there is no order for demolition of any structure existing on gata no. 176, 177 jumla, 180 and 183 which are recorded in the name of Aradhana Mehra wife of Late Imran Ahmad Roohani and Allahtala and others. In view of the statement, no further proceedings are required in this case at the behest of the petitioner. Our order shall not be understood as entitling the petitioner to maintain such proceedings in future unless he is able to satisfy his locus standi. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of.
