This criminal revision seeking bail has been filed under Section 102 of the Juvenile Justice (Care and Protection of Children) Act, 2000 (in short "Act of 2000") against the order dated 22.10.2019, passed by the Special Court POCSO, Lucknow in Criminal Appeal No.298 of 2019, which was preferred against the order dated 06.08.2019, passed by the Juvenile Justice Board, Lucknow in Bail Application arising out of Case Crime No.832 of 2017, under Sections- 376-D, 120-B, 34 I.P.C. & 5g/6/3/4 of POCSO Act, Police Station- Sarojini Nagar, District - Sarojini Nagar. 3. This Court vide order dated 29.08.2025, after taking note of the fact that the instant revision relates to enlargement of revisionist on bail, directed the Senior Registrar of this Court to provide the status of the present case. 4. In compliance of this Court's order dated 29.08.2025, Principal Magistrate, Juvenile Justice Board, Lucknow (in short "Magistrate") has sent report dated 02.09.2025 to this Court, which reads as under:- " Versus Counsel for Revisionist(s) : Atul Bhushan Pandey Counsel for Opposite Party(s) : Govt. And Anr. .....Opposite Party(s) महोदय, िवनम्र िनवेदन पूवर्क अवगत कराना है िक उपरोक्त िवषयान्तगर्त मामले के संबंध में पेशकार के आख्यानुसार मुकदमा अपराध संख्या-832/2017, अन्तगर्त धारा -376डी, 120बी सपिठत धारा 34 भारतीय दण्ड संिहता व 6 सपिठत धारा 5जी लैंिगक अपराधों से बालकों का संरक्षण अिधिनयम, 2012, थाना-सरोजनीनगर, राज्य बनाम शुभम यादव से सम्बिन्धत पत्रावली बोडर् द्वारा िदनांक 22.12.2020 को जुमर् स्वीकृ ित के आधार पर िनस्तािरत की जा चुकी है तथा िदनांक 27.04.2024 को दािखल दफ्तर की जा चुकी है। आख्या श्रीमान जी की सेवा में सादर अवलोकनाथर् प्रेिषत।" 5. Taking note of the above quoted report of the Magistrate dated 02.09.2025, the instant revision is dismissed as having become infructuous.
