The petitioner has been made accused in connection with POCSO Case No. 152/2024 arising out of Birni (Bharkhatta O.P.) P.S. Case No. 180/2024, for the offences registered under Sections 64(1), 351(3) & 79 of the B.N.S. 2023, Section 4 of POCSO Act and Section 67 of I.T. Act, pending in the Court of learned Special Judge, POCSO Act, Giridih. 3. Petitioner is alleged to have established consensual physical relationship with the daughter of the informant. Later on, when the victim started pressurizing the petitioner to marry her, he refused. Petitioner is alleged to have made video of her intimate relationship viral on instagram. 4. Attention has been drawn towards paragraph no. 112 of the Case Diary. From perusal of which, it appears that mobile phone of the petitioner was seized but nothing incriminating was found in the seized mobile phone. 5. This appears to be case of adolescence love affairs between the parties. 6. In view of the aforesaid facts, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Special Judge, POCSO Act, Giridih in connection with POCSO Case No. 152/2024 arising out of Birni (Bharkhatta O.P.)
