This Court, vide order dated 26.11.2024, passed in MCRC No. 8195 of 2024, while rejecting the bail to the petitioner, namely, Nigam Kumar Jayaswal, had expressed its trust that the trial Court should make an earnest endeavor to conclude the trial expeditiously in accordance with law, preferably within a period of 04 months from the date of receipt of a certified copy of the order, if there was no legal impediment. 3. The learned Special Judge (NDPS Act), Raigarh, District – Raigarh RAJSHEKHAR SONI Digitally signed by RAJSHEKHAR SONI 2 (C.G.) through the Principal District and Sessions Judge, Raigarh, District – Raigarh (C.G.) vide his request letter dated 07.03.2025 has requested for grant of some more time for concluding the trial. 4. It transpires from perusal of the PUD, that in the present case, 5 prosecution witnesses have been examined and 11 prosecution witnesses are yet to be examined, and the trial is likely to take some time for its conclusion. Hence, he prays for grant of some more time for concluding the trial. 5. The request appears to be reasonable. The concerned trial Court is directed to conclude the trial as early as possible, preferably within a further period of three months from today. 6. Accordingly, this CRMP stands disposed off with the aforesaid direction. 7.
