Considering the same, it is left open for the petitioner to submit a fresh representation to the concerned Station House Officer and on receipt of such representation, the same shall be considered in accordance with law as per the procedure contemplated under Section 173(3) of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, (for short, “BNSS”). 4.
