Sri Deepak Kumar Srivastava, learned counsel for petitioner, is not present. 3. Learned Standing Counsel appearing for State-Respondents submits that no substantial ground is mentioned that the reason assigned in impugned order is incorrect. 4. In aforesaid circumstances, I do not find any reason to interfere with impugned order. The writ petition is accordingly dismissed. 5. However, petitioner will have liberty to file recall or review application, as the case may be, if cause still survives, within eight weeks from today.
