The case of the petitioner is that he is a member of the second respondent society, namely, Alangulam Primary Agriculture Co-Operative Credit Society and that the former Vice President of the said Society, namely, Mr.Sankara Subramanian had caused loss of Rs.35,65,220/-. Therefore, the respondents should take steps to recover the amount from the said Mr.Sankara Subramanian. 3. The learned Government Advocate for the respondents has produced a copy of the communication, dated 01.04.2024. It is informed that the entire amount has been recovered and the last installment has been acknowledged in the aforesaid communication of the Sub Registrar of the said Society addressed to the second respondent. 4. In view of the above, nothing survives for further adjudication and the writ petition is liable to be dismissed. Accordingly, the writ petition stands dismissed.
