None is present on behalf of the parties except learned A.G.A. On the last date also, none had appeared for the parties, therefore, the following order was passed on 21.07.2025:- "This case has come up in the Additional/Unlisted List-I under the heading 'For Referral to the Special Mediation Drive-Mediation for the Nation'. None is present on behalf the revisionist whereas learned counsel for respondent no.2 and learned A.G.A. are present. Learned counsel for the respondent no.2 informed that appellant has remarried. List in the next week under the same heading. It is made clear that in case none would appear on behalf of the revisionist on the next date, the appropriate order shall be passed." On perusal of the order-sheet indicates that earlier also none had appeared on behalf of the revisionist, therefore, by means of order dated 11.05.2022 interim order granted on 10.04.2017 was vacated by this Court. In view of above, it appears that the revisionist is not interested in pursuing the matter. Thus, the revision is dismissed for want of prosecution.
