The learned single judge did not interfere with the suspension order pending the enquiry proceeding. However, having regard to the fact that the findings of the Inquiry Officer is in favour of the appellant, on instructions it is submitted that the appellant is not ready to proceed with the appeal. 2. The learned counsel for the appellant has placed before us the communication dated 24.10.2025 wherefrom it appears that the Joint Secretary to the Executive Committee, Khasi Hills Autonomous District Council, Shillong while forwarding the enquiry report submitted by the Inquiry Officer has called for the views/comments, if any on the report. 3. In view of the submission made on behalf of the appellant that the enquiry report is in his favour and the charges have not been proved during the enquiry proceeding, nothing is required to be decided in this 2025:MLHC:1019-DB appeal as the grievance of the appellant has been fully redressed by reason of the report filed by the Inquiry Officer. 4. The letter dated 24.10.2025 issued by the Joint Secretary to the Executive Committee, Khasi Hills Autonomous District Council is taken on record. 5. The appeal, accordingly stands disposed of. (B.
