The present petition has been filed with a prayer for directing the respondents to release the pay/salary and allowances entitle to the petitioner while serving as Director, CMC with effect from 14.07.2024 to 28.03.2025 at the earliest possible time without further delay in terms of the judgment & order dated 10.04.2025 passed by this Court in WP(C) No. 222 of 2025. In view of the submission made by the learned AG, this Court is of the consider view that the present writ petition can be closed by issuing the following directions:- (i) The respondents are hereby directed to release the pay and allowances due payable to the petitioner for rendering service as Director, CMC during the period from 14.07.2024 to 28.03.2025 in terms of the earlier order dated 10.04.2025 passed by this Court in WP(C) No. 222 of 2025 within a period of three months from the date of receipt of certified copy this order.
