This writ petition has been filed for issuance of a direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the opposite party nos.2 to 3 not to harass the petitioners and family members of petitioner no.2 as both are major and legally solemnized marriage at Arya Samaj Shivpuri Kamta, Chinhat, Lucknow on 03.06.2025 as per Hindu customs. 3. Learned A.G.A. on the basis of instructions states that final report has been prepared on 07.07.2025 and submitted before the court concerned. 4.
