Petitioner has been made accused in connection with Barkatha P.S. Case No. 41 of 2025 for the offences registered under Sections 191(1), 192, 190, 132, 196, 299, 293, 326(f), 326(g), 324(5), 125(a), 125(b) & 61 of the B.N.S., pending in the court of Ms. Priya Kumari, learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Hazaribag. 3. From the record, it transpires that the petitioner is named in the F.I.R. alongwith 44 other accused persons, apart from one unknown person. There is allegation that members of two communities were involved in pelting of stones on trivial issue and several vehicles were burnt and three houses have also been damaged to some extent. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioner, at the outset, submitted that one of the co-accused Arun Kumar @ Arun Mehta has already been granted regular bail by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide B.A. No. 4236 of 2025. 5. Considering the nature of allegation and also the fact that there is no specific role assigned to this petitioner and the petitioner is in judicial custody since 15.04.2025, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees twenty-five thousand), with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of Ms. Priya Kumari, learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Hazaribag in connection with Barkatha P.S.
