GP FOR HOME The Court made the following Order: Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 and 5. 2. The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are troubled by the respondents 3 and 5 at behest of 4th respondent and pressurizing the petitioners to settle the issue with the 4th respondent. Aggrieved by the said illegal action of the 3rd respondent, the petitioners have filed the present writ petition. 2 3. The learned Assistant Government Pleader appearing for the Home, on instructions, submits that, a case was registered against the petitioners 1 and 3 for alleged offences under Sections 115(2), 223 read with 3(5) of BNS and Section 174 of BNSS. It is submitted that the respondents 3 and 5 are not interfering in the civil dispute between the petitioners and the 4th respondent. 4. Recording the same, the Writ Petition is disposed of, making it clear that the respondents 3 and 5 shall not interfere in the civil dispute between the petitioners and the 4th respondent.
