The petitioners claim that there is a road existing on Gata No. 172, which is as of now, recorded as bhumidhari land of the opposite parties no. 4 & 5. The said 'raasta' has been repaired by the Gaon Sabha but it is kachha raasta, therefore, the road should be maintained and not demolished. We fail to understand as to how a writ petition is maintainable in such a matter. We decline to exercise our discretionary jurisdiction, as the petition is not maintainable. The petitioner is at liberty to avail other remedies under the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 or under any other statute. The writ petition is accordingly disposed of.
