Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Standing Counsel for the State-respondents No.1 & 2 and Shri G.M. Kamil, learned counsel appearing for respondents No.3 & 4. 2. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner states that subsequent to the order impugned dated 26.02.2018 whereby the petitioners have not been found entitled for being granted I-II A.C.P., an order dated 18.09.2023 which is endorsed on the representation submitted by the petitioners dated 15.09.2023, a copy of which is Annexure-2 to the supplementary affidavit dated 18.12.2023 has been passed by the Chairman of Nagar Palika Parishad whereby the A.C.P. payable to the petitioners has been accepted with effect from 20.12.2022 and the salary thereof since September, 2023 has also been accepted. 3. It is prayed that the respondents be directed to act in accordance with the aforesaid order as passed by the respondent No.3. 4. Aforesaid endorsement dated 18.09.2023 having been made by the Chairman of Nagar Palika Parishad on the representation of the petitioner dated 15.09.2023 is also accepted by Shri G.M. Kamil, learned counsel appearing for respondents No.3 & 4. 5. Considering the aforesaid, the writ petition is disposed of with a mandamus to respondents No.3 & 4 to grant A.C.P. to the petitioner in terms of the order passed by the respondents No.3 himself, which order shall be passed within a period of 8 weeks from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order, provided there is no legal impediment.
