By means of this petition, the petitioner has sought quashing of First Information Report dated 10.05.2025 bearing No.15 of 2025 under Sections 318(4), 338, 336(3), 340(2) AND 341(1) OF B.N.S. and Section 66C of I.T. Act, 2008, Police Station Cyber Crime, District Bahraich, so far as it relates tot eh petitioner, for securing the ends of justice (contained in Annexure No.1). 3. After arguing at some length, learned cousnel for the petitioner states that he intends to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to seek remedy as provided under Section 482 of BNSS, 2023. 4.
