Learned counsel for the Zila Panchayat, Banda says that the error in demanding the entire money from the petitioner, although, as per tender conditions after having deposited the Rs. 1 crore the remaining could be paid in two installments, the same has been rectified on 02.06.2025, meaning thereby, now the petitioner will deposit the amount as per tender conditions. He has placed before us communication of the Upper Mukhya Adkhikari, Zila Panchayat, Banda addressed to the petitioner dated 02.06.2025 in this regard, which is taken on record. As regards the other grievances the petitioner may represent to the aforesaid Officer who may look into the same and do the needful as may be required and permissible in law.
