It has been submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that during pendency of present writ petition, the Tehsildar, Tehsil - Lambua, District - Sultanpur has decided Case No. 201804680303459, and accordingly, petitioner does not wish to press relief no. i, and the petitioner would avail the remedy against the said order. 3. With regard to pendency of mutation Case No. 201804680303570, prayer has been made to direct respondent no. 3 - Nayab Tehsildar, Tehsil - Lambua, District - Sultanpur to decide the same expeditiously. It is submitted that the said application is pending since 2018. 4. Learned Standing Counsel has no objection in case suitable directions are issued to respondent no. 3 to decide petitioner's mutation application with expedition. 5. Accordingly, present writ petition is disposed of with direction to respondent no. 3 - Nayab Tehsildar, Tehsil - Lambua, District - Sultanpur to decide mutation Case No. 201804680303570, expeditiously, preferably within three months from the date of production of certified copy of this order, in accordance with law, in case there is no legal impediment.
