The present contempt proceeding has been drawn with respect to non-compliance of the order dated 03/09/2024 passed by this Court in CONT Case No.931/2024. Vide order dated 03/09/2024, it was expected by this Court that the PSC shall conduct DPC within a period of 30 days from the date of order so that the order dated 19/10/2023 passed in WPS No.431/2022 would be complied with. 2. Today, learned counsel appearing for respondent No.1/ CGPSC, by placing a communication dated 04/03/2025 issued by the CGPSC to the State Government, submits that the review DPC has already been convened on 11/11/2024 and the recommendation of the DPC has already been sent to the State Government and it is now on the part of the State Government to pass necessary orders in accordance with the recommendation made by the PSC. He further submits that once the review DPC has already been convened, the order dated 03/09/2024 passed by this Court in CONT Case No.931/2024 has been complied with. 3. I have heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the documents as well as the communication dated 04/03/2025 issued by the CGPSC, which is taken on record. 3 / 3 4. From perusal of the communication dated 04/03/2025 issued by the CGPSC, it appears that the review DPC has been convened on 11/11/2024 and the recommendation has been sent to the State Government, hence, there is no need to proceed in the present contempt proceeding. 5.
