Heard the counsel for the petitioner and the counsel for the respondents. 2. The present petition has been filed with the following prayer : "to modify the order dated 30.05.2025 passed by the Ld. opp. party no.1 to the said extent restraining the opp. party nos.2 to 5 in creating any third party right or changing the spot position until the injunction application marked as paper no.C-6 is decided by the opp. party no.1 in R.S. No.1590/2025 (Arti Jain Versus Vinay Kumar Trivedi & Ors.)." 3. Considering the fact that the injunction application is yet to decide, the present petition is disposed off with direction to opposite party no.1 to decide C-6 Application on its own merits within a period of six weeks from today after hearing the parties. 4. The interim order passed by this court shall continue till the disposal of the C-6 Application. 5. It is made clear that merely because this court has passed an interim order, the same shall not influence the opposite party no.1 in deciding the same on its own merits.
