The petitioners have been made accused in connection with S.T. Case No. 367/2024 arising out of Kumardungi P.S. Case No. 12/2024 corresponding to G.R. Case No. 303/2024, for the offences registered under Sections 103(1) & 3(5) of the B.N.S. 2023, pending in the Court of learned Sessions Judge, West Singhbhum at Chaibasa. 4. On 18.07.2024 at about 9:30 A.M., informant came to know that his son Sukhdeo Pingua was assaulted by co-accused persons in the house of the petitioner Jaysri Pingua @ Jayshree Pingua. Later on, son of the informant succumbed to his injuries. 5. From perusal of the case diary, it appears that the deceased Sukhdeo Pingua was attempting to commit rape of petitioner Jaysri Pingua @ Jayshree Pingua, but he was apprehended and was assaulted by co-accused persons. 6. Considering the nature of allegation, I am inclined to release the petitioners, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioners, named above, are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Sessions Judge, West Singhbhum at Chaibasa in connection with S.T.
