1. By way of this petition, the petitioner has prayed for following prayer:-
“It is therefore prayed that this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to allow the instant case and grant further 30 days’ time to decide the case of the non-applicant, in the interest of justice.”
2. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that vide earlier order dated 04.09.2024, the respondents were directed to decide the representation filed by the petitioner within a period of 3 months. He further submits that since they could not decide the representation within the said stipulated period as such they have filed this application for extension of time.
3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the grounds raised in the application, the respondents are granted 30 days more time to decide the representation.
