Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, appearing for the respondents 1 to 3.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the premises belonging to the petitioners has been locked by the 3rd respondent and kept the key along with him. It is submitted that the lease between the petitioners and the 4th respondent has been terminated on account of the 4th respondent being indulged in activities which are prohibited under law in the premises belongs to the petitioners. It is submitted that the police do not have powers to

seize the immovable property under Section 102 Cr.P.C., and relies on the judgment of High Court of Telangana in the matter of Raparthy Srinivas vs. State of Telangana1.
3. The learned Assistant Government Pleader appearing for the Home, on instructions, submits that, the premises is not locked by the 3rd respondent and that they are not aware as to who locked the premises.
4. Recording the above submissions, the Writ Petition is disposed of, leaving it open for the petitioners to take necessary steps in that regard. No costs.
