The petitioners are aggrieved by their transfer order dated 21.05.2025, a copy of which is Annexure-1 to the petition, whereby the petitioners No.1 & 2 have been transferred from District Unnao to District Hardoi whereas the petitioner No.3 has been transferred from District Fatehpur to District Pratapgarh.

5. In view of the above, it is provided that in case the petitioners submit representation(s) within one week from today before respondent no.4, then respondent no.4 shall endevour to decide the same by means of a reasoned and speaking order within a further period of three weeks from the date of submission of the representations along with certified copy of this order. Till then, no coercive action shall be taken against the petitioners.
